Artisan Island will ship orders placed on artisanisland.com website to anywhere in the world.

SHIPPING 

We typically ship all items within 5-7 business days, via USPS to orders placed within the USA. These should reach you 14-21 days thereafter.

Orders to the rest of the world are sent via UPS or DHL and should reach you 1 within 4-7 business days after shipping.

If you wish to receive tracking details, kindly get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with the relevant information..

Larger orders (orders over 450g) are shipped via UPS or DHL and should reach you within 4-7 business days after shipping.

If there is a delay for any reason we will do our best to inform our customers of such changes. We do however, do our best to process orders as fast as possible in the order received.

FREE Shipping applies to all orders within the USA and a flat rate of USD10 is added to orders shipped to the rest of the world.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due if any, upon entering the destination location.
• Artisan Island is not held responsible for any delays by USPS/UPS/DHL may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.
• If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. Please get in touch within 48 hours after receiving the item, with proof of damage, to request for a replacement.
